I have some pre-sales questions about a product listed on your site, how can I get some additional information before making a decision to purchase?

I see a SyteLine product that is almost what I need, but not quite... Can these add-ons be customized to fit my specific needs?
Of course! Most of our products began as a custom product for one of our customers, which we then realized could be easily packaged and distributed for general use. Please contact us and we will be happy to talk with you about creating or customizing a product to enhance your SyteLine ERP Suite.
I am not sure if a Product will work with the version of SyteLine I am running, how can I find out?
Please check the installation instructions for the SyteLine Product you are interested in. We make these instructions available to you prior to purchase. You should be able to find a link to this technical document on the page with the product description. If your SyteLine version is not specified or you have further questions, please feel free to contact our sales department.
I purchased a product off of your site, but have not recieved an email with the download link.
Check the spam folder in your email program, depending on your settings, it is possible that the email was mistakenly filed as spam. If you are not able to find it this way, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
I am having trouble installing the add-on I purchased on my server.
We have included clear and detailed installation instructions with each product. You WILL need assistance from your IT department to install a SyteLine Add-On. If you still require further assistance, please contact support at SyteLine Add-Ons.com.
